Brent CCG is the GP-led organisation responsible for planning and buying (commissioning) many of the health services needed by the 325,000 people who live in Brent.
We are made up of all 67 GP practices in the borough and our member practices have organised themselves into five commissioning localities – Harness, Kilburn, Kingsbury, Wembley and Willesden.
We have a clear vision of delivering better care closer to people’s homes and we are working in partnership with our patients, members and partners to deliver this. Managing and treating patients in primary and community care means fewer unnecessary admissions to hospital, so hospitals can concentrate on patients who are critically ill and those who require specialist care.
