Good Thinking is London’s free NHS-approved digital mental wellbeing service for people living and working in London. To improve mental health and wellbeing it promotes proactive self-care for the four most common mental health conditions: anxiety, low mood, sleeping difficulties and stress, and uses digital technologies to provide confidential, high-quality support that people can access for free 24/7 – at home, at work or on the tube. It also has a short quiz as well as an online self-assessment which signpost to personalised content and recommendations.
It has been developed through a partnership of local authorities (led by Directors of Public Health), London’s NHS, Public Health England, supported by the Mayor of London and delivered by Healthy London Partnership.
Our Good Thinking animation outlines what Good Thinking is all about and how you can use Good Thinking to access free mental wellbeing apps and resources.
